[Qgis-user] Python error

2020-01-28 Thread Muna Mirghani
Hi,
I need help with QGIS 18.21
I receive the following message whenever I use a plugin:
"An error has occurred while executing Python code: See message log
(Python Error) for more details"
Below are details when I open the error message:

1 Traceback (most recent call last):

File
"C:/Users/mmirg/.qgis2/python/plugins\profiletool\apicompat\qgsmaplayer.py",
line 10, in isSpatial

return self.hasGeometryType()

AttributeError: 'QgsRasterLayer' object has no attribute 'hasGeometryType'

Please advice how to fix this problem.
with Thanks,
Mirg

Re: [Qgis-user] WFS error in 3.4.15 but not 3.4.9

Thanks Even.

We found that there was an issue, but that it was a different one altogether
from what it appeared to be (often is, I guess).

I'll look into registering an issue about it asap.

Lars,

Please file an issue with the URL to the server and the layer you load (check
before if there are not similar issues opened)

[Qgis-user] WFS error in 3.4.15 but not 3.4.9

2020-01-28 Thread Lars I. Nielsen, LIFA A/S
Hi list.

We have a solution, that publishes a large dataset via WFS using Geoserver.
We've used QGIS 3.4.9 as our base platform.

We've now begun to look into 3.10, at to my surprise it fails every single
time. I even fetched 3.4.15, but it fails in exactly the same way.

The error looks something like:

2020-01-28T11:52:30 WARNINGAnalysis of DescribeFeatureType answer
failed for url pagingEnabled='false' srsname='EPSG:25832'
typename='workspace:layer' url='https://'
version='2.0.0' table="" sql=: Cannot find schema root element

Can anyone here shed some light on this problem.

The error is both with Geoserver 2.10.x and 2.14.x

We're wondering whether it has to do with schema validation.

Med venlig hilsen

[Qgis-user] Error starting up QGIS 3.10.2

2020-01-28 Thread Reginald
Hi,

Today I downloaded and installed QGIS 3.10.2 (64bit) on windows 7.
After installing QGIS 3.10.2 I installed Visual Studio Code. The
installation informed me that visual studio code was added to the path.
When starting up QGIS 3.10.2 I got a message saying that something was
missing in qgis.core dll and that I had to look into a env file to correct
this. I opened the file but I couldn't see what was wrong.
So I uninstalled QGIS 3.10.2 thinking that Visual Studio Code had screwed
somewhere the PATH variable.
I reinstalled QGIS 3.10.2 (64bit) thinking that this would correct a path
issue, but to no avail: same problem.
Finally I reinstalled QGIS 3.10.1 and there was no problem starting up.
Is the installer broken for windows 7?
Anybody has more information about this startup issue?

Regards,
