The height in QGIS is ~ 1.5 Map Units, in CAD the labeling is 0.03m, the
size of the exported area is 1,2km.

I did it this way before and I examined the dxf again and found the
labeling :-)

it is very very very small ... I do have to zoom in very deep.

How to bring the labeling bigger in DXF?

Hello,

labelling is not available in DXF export when you export a single
layer. Try to export your project, Project / Import/Export / Export
project to DXF...
In lower part if the DXF Export window there is a checkbox "Export
labels as MTEXT elements".

Zoltan

Hello,

I am trying to export a project as DXF but to no avail.

I.e. It works quite well, but I don't see the lettering on my drawn
lines and points in the DXF, what do I have to set so that you
can see
it on the one hand and see it in an acceptable size in the DXF on
the other.
Everything looks exactly how I want it on the screen.

(I do want to export the visible parts of a lot of layers.)

I am grateful for every tip.

Regards

[Qgis-user] qgis.org/debian repository missing latest stable builds for ubuntu groovy

2020-11-10 Thread John Reid

Hi all,

Ubuntu 20.10 only has qgis packages for 3.10.9 in the main repositories,
and the qgis.org/debian/dists repository doesn't have any packages for
groovy. There's a github issue for this at
https://github.com/qgis/QGIS/issues/39764

Any idea what is going on?

Regards,

John

Re: [Qgis-user] Deploy maps/data to clients - web map solutions or other?

2020-11-10 Thread Etienne Trimaille
There are a few web GIS clients for QGIS.
Some are designed to be "static" like :
- QGIS2Web
- Mappia Publisher
- ...
They generate a HTML output.

And some are a complete web gis client with a server app to install
(usually with QGIS-Server):
- Lizmap: https://demo.lizmap.com/lizmap/
- GisQuick http://gisquick.org/
- QGIS Web Client https://github.com/qgis/QGIS-Web-Client
- G3W-Suite https://github.com/g3w-suite
- and others
