Pff, ok found a solution:

"bezoek.begintijd" IS NULL

works

So if I want to test for empty strings, or NULL (like strings), AND real NULLS, 
I use now:

( "bezoek.begintijd" IS NULL   OR   "bezoek.begintijd"  in ('', ' ', 'NULL') )

[Qgis-user] CSV layer, Time column null expressie to test for NULL/empty?

We have csv data, which is loaded as layer via the Delimited Text Layer 
provider.

The data contains both a date and a time column, which we have to format as 
isodatetime using an QGIS Expression.

BUT sometimes time column is empty/no value (in which case we have to format it 
as isoTIME only).

So we have to check IF the time column is empty, then only format the Date, 
else use Date AND Time.

My problem is that I fail to create an expression for the test IF the column

e installata l'ultima versione non -dev di GDAL, mentre per le versioni 
-dev di QGIS viene usata e installata l'ultima versione -dev di GDAL.


Nella shell di OSGeo4W sono impostate di default le variabili d'ambiente 
per il funzionamento degli strumenti della versione GDAL non -dev.


Per poter usare gli strumenti della versione -dev di GDAL nella shell di 
OSGEo4W, si può usare il comando gdal-dev-env (che corrisponde al file 
batch gdal-dev-env.bat) che imposta le variabili d'ambiente per il

Utilizzo l'installatore OSGeo4W 64b Network installer,
e ho installato tre versioni di QGIS:
1. la corrente 3.28
2. la LTR 3.22
3. la dev

Durante i vari aggiornamenti, noto che viene installato gdal_dev 3.7 che è
la stessa versione che trovo installata in QGIS dev,
come mai nella OSGeo4W Shell trovo gdal 3.6.2?
esiste un modo per poter usare nella shell gdal dev 3.7?

[QGIS-it-user] Quesito

Buongiorno, ho provato a  sovrapporre con la versione 3.22.14 uno shape in SR 
Roma 40 fuso ovest con le mappe Satellitari di Bing/Googlemap. Ho provato a 
cambiere il SR allo shape seguendo i passaggi dei tutorial ma senza successo. 
Dov'è che sbaglio?

I installed QGIS using the Stand Alone installer (after removing QGIS
Network Install) and didn't have ESRI File Geodatabase as a choice on
export Features. This is confirmed by another user using the standalone
installer.


Hi Randal,
AFAIK neither the OSGeo4W stand-alone installer nor the network 
installer currently install the GDAL plugin library needed to write a 
File Geodatabase layer using the ESRI proprietary driver via the "Export 
As" menu.


If you want to use such ESRI proprietary driver, you need to install the 
package named gdal-filegdb using the OSGeo4W Setup installation interface.

It should still be possible to export to GDB in 3.28 without that fix.

Anyway, importing a layer in an ESRI File Geodatabase using the drag and 
drop functionality of the QGIS Browser may lead to an incorrect imported
