Re: [Qgis-user] Adding virtual X & Y columns to a QGIS attribute form

2024-03-25 Thread Gordon Wakelin-King via QGIS-User
I suggest you will need to edit your form to include the new fields. The
generic form view of the attribute table expands itself to include newly
created fields, so it is possible, but I think that trick will be in QT
Designer not is QGIS.

Subject: [Qgis-user] Adding virtual X & Y columns to a QGIS attribute form

Hi,

I have created an attribute form for a QGIS layer.

I want to add two fields to the form: the X & Y values of a point geometry
column.

I can't find any way to do this - if I don't use the form, it is easy to add
the virtual columns as expressions ($x & $y) in the table view, but I want
these in the form view, not the table view.

Any suggestions appreciated.

Hi Peter
This problem has been encountered by others in the past.
Can you reproduce this in v3.36?
Thanks
Em

Hi Bernie
From what I can see, you are allowed to export the image to a file

No, the last number (.4 in your case), is the number of bugfix versions. No
new features are added in these bugfix versions.
The stable release on 3.22 is 3.22.16
https://www.qgis.org/en/site/getinvolved/development/roadmap.html#release-schedule
And 3.22 and 3.28 are already not maintained.

Re: [Qgis-user] Python error in QGIS

2024-03-25 Thread WhereGroup

Hi Shivonne,

that is a bug in the https://plugins.qgis.org/plugins/cluz/ plugin. Are
you using its latest version? There is an experimental version available
too, where this might have been fixed already. See
https://docs.qgis.org/3.34/en/docs/user_manual/plugins/plugins.html#the-settings-tab
on how to enable those if you feel adventurous.

If the problem persists, you can report it at
https://github.com/AnotherBobSmith/CLUZ/issues (-> "New issue")

Best include a minimal example of steps necessary to recreate the crash
so that the developer has a nice test case.

Cheers, Hannes
