[Qgis-user] Savingg scratch layers wont work

Hi everyone, I am fairly novice to the more complicated parts of QGIS and only 
know the basic functionalities.

>From out of nowhere, I have made no considerable changes to the program, so 
>wont QGIS allow me to save/make my scratch layers permanent as a Geopackage.

It says that the export to vector layer failed couse of creation of datasource 
failed. I can manually put in the course when I save the layer and it will 
work, but I have never needed to do this before. It's like the program suddenly 
decided to save all my layer files in a space it does not have access to. Can I 
change this somehow so that it automatically saves in the right space and I 
don't have to manually input it every time?


The same applies for KML files only then it says:
[cid:image003.png@01DA0046.FF5D5B70]

Well now I feel silly... I got it working, it worked all along it was the "zoom 
scale visibility" I forgot about. I used to zoom to layer to view it but that 
was to large of a scale to actually view it in.. Even though it was a silly fix 
thank you anyyways! The quick respond helped a lot.

it's better to reply to the Mailing list, so others can learn/chip in.

The url you gave me works in my QGIS Lima. It's all EPGS:3035 layers, and they 
are zoom scale visible (you need to zoom in to 1:5 or so to see them)?

In the screendump you sent, you can mouse-rightclick on a url and then choose 
'Open URL', this will open/show that url in your internet browser. Like (click 
on this one):

you should see the image that QGIS is requesting for you. If not, show me what 
it tells you in the browser.

Also: can your Lima get other wms's, eg:

https://service.pdok.nl/kadaster/bestuurlijkegebieden/wms/v1_0?request=GetCapabilities&service=WMS

[Qgis-user] I really need help with a WMS source...

So, I really need help with a WMS source, soon wasted one full day of work on 
this issue and it is driving me crazy... Yesterday everything was working fine, 
then today I tried installing and updated version of QGIS, the latest LIMA 
edition. And suddenly when I create new projects, there is one specific and 
very important WMS source that I cannot view. It loads into the project without 
any issues, other WMS sources load and are visible, but this one is not. The 
weird thing is that I can load the troublesome WMS source in already existing 
projects, but not in new ones. I have no clue why. The CRS is correct and the 
same across all my projects and WMS sources, it's never been an issue before. I 
am using the same version of QGIS I have been using for the past months, but 
still it wont be visible. Anyone got a clue on why this is? It drives me 
insane

[Qgis-user] Company wide templates

Hi, I do not know how this works, but I will give it a shot I reckon.

My company uses QGIS for producing screening reports, contracts, applications 
and so on, it's quite a lot we use it. We would therefor like to set up 
templates for everyone to use, especially for things like symbology and layout. 
Any help on how we can do this?
