[Qgis-user] Start up error Grass related

When I run QGIS 1.7.4 on my laptop I receive the following splash screen:

"QGIS couldn't find your Grass installation. Would you like to specify path
(GISBASE) to your GRASS installation?"

I have tried various solutions, however no joy as yet.

Running Win7-64 bit

QGIS runs fine on my desktop also running Win7-64 bit

[Qgis-user] Can't run quantum

When I try to run program I receive:

"The procedure entry point local_charset could not be located in the dynamic
link library iconv.dll."

Running win7 64,

any ideas?
