THX, but to much preprocessing (My shapes are very dynamic, I can't process it 
after every change).
I will try this: "Since QGIS 2.14 you can control the features rendering order 
using an expression"

new Field and calculate area with §area

then
Install Plugin MMQGIS
then
MMQGIS > Modiy > sort
Sort Attribute: the new Field
Direction: Ascending

In the output-Shapefile the smale Polygon above the larger

Since QGIS 2.14 you can control the features rendering order using an

[Qgis-user] Display shapes with sorted area-size?

Hi folks,

Is it possible in QGIS to sort shapes (without topology) by area size and 
display it in this order (small area above largest area below)? In my shapes I 
can't see polygons small areas because the bigger areas overlap complete. 
Tranceparency is not the best way. ;-(
