[Qgis-user] PostGIS Manager compatibility issue with PostGIS 2.0
When attempting to use the PM with a PostGIS 2.0 db I obtain the same error as in http://hub.qgis.org/issues/5201, caused by the deprecated postgis_user_stats() call. The plugin manager doesn't suggest updates to the PM. I haven't found the tracker for the plugin. Where is it located? giovanni ___ Qgis-user mailing list Qgis-user@lists.osgeo.org http://lists.osgeo.org/mailman/listinfo/qgis-user

However, taking advantage of your mail, I noticed a similarity (duplicates) between plugins PostGIS Manager, Spatialite Manager and RT_SQL Layer. IMO they should be removed. DBManager already does all of that! Am I wrong? DB Manager works fine. The plugins overlap, but they are contributed plugins, so it's up to the user choosing wether to use DB Manager or the others. My note was directed to the PG Manager mantainer... giovanni 2012/5/7 Salvatore Larosa lrssv...@gmail.com Il giorno lun, 07/05/2012 alle 10.58 +0200, G. As a maintainer of PostGIS Manager I would suggest you to move to DB Manager since I do not intend to maintain PG Manager and remove it completely in future. DB Manager is a viable replacement. Thanks Martin. I've already moved to DB Manager. This was just a note for PG Manager, being still available through repositories ;) giovanni 2012/5/7 Martin Dobias wonder...@gmail.com On Mon, May 7, 2012 at 3:25 PM, G.
