Hi Franco,

there is no command menu.

You can start by clicking on a feature and editing attributes. Changing
the mode to digitize with the pencil on the hamburger menu (sidebar
left) and then choosing a layer to add features, enabling the GPS with
the corresponding button ... Or of course exploring the docs that you
sent in a link for more features :-)

[Qgis-user] R: R: Qfield - basic docs

Hi Matthias
It is my first time I'm looking to Qfield application.
I use other GIS applications daily, so I'm used to seeing a command menu and 
for this reason  I was looking for some documentation on the functionality of 
this app.
Probably all docs are in http://www.qfield.org/docs ?
