Re: [Qgis-user] Table manager
Indeed Table Manager was already deprecated for some functions in QGIS 2 IIRC. But it depends what you wanted to do with TableManager. If you simply wanted to rename fields, you can go in the vector layer properties, "fields" tab and rename columns there. No need to use the "refactor fields" algorithms, which will regenerate a new layer. Re: [Qgis-user] Table manager
Hi Borys, I have a problem with the Table Manager Plugin (0.3.9) and I tried many ways to fix it only changing the sequence of used tools. The problem is that when I use de Mescle Selected features or the Dissolve Tool to make too polygons be only One, and after use the Table Manager deleting some columns and save, the result is only one of the too initial polygons. Can you help me with this problem? Re: [Qgis-user] Table manager: cannot delete several fields at once
Fixed in 0.3.7 Note: there are two series: 0.3.7 for QGIS 1.7 only and 0.2.x for older versions. I didn't backport the fix to old series, as it's not critical. The 0.3 series was also tagged as 'experimental'. I've just removed the tag as I think it's stable enough now. I have the same issue but only if I select several fields with the SHIFT key. If I select fields with the CTRL key, it works and the selected fields are deleted. [Qgis-user] Table manager
Hi, I've commited experimental TableManager 0.3 (available for qgis 1.7 only, as it crashed previous versions). It saves to various vector formats finally. Please test it. If crashes still happen, please revert to the stable 0.2.3 (turn off experimental plugins) and let me know. Borys, I find this error in your version of Table Manager for QGIS 1.0 using Qgis1.0preview from ubuntu binaries. I understand that this is because of changes in the API and that will not be solved until the new API is stable, am I wrong?
