That's usually because I mess up the installer and grass.sh is not executable.  
Should be OK in the latest installer, and probably is if GRASS runs by itself.

Is that all that is in the processing log?

Processing grass algorithms claim that grass is not installed. Launching
grass gives the below message [1]. In case is any help, I provide the
processing log [2]. Grass runs from inside the application [3] and the
grass provider points to there [4].
