To whom may concern, I am using QGIS for first time so I am not really used to it yet. I want to know if it is possible to import a kml file from my computer and generate a new kml by sticking the original position fixes to the road lines (just as google maps does). The idea is to obtain a set of reference positions to be able to compute the error calculating the distance point-road.
