[Ql-Users] GOLD SUPER GOLD Cards / Pawn / ED Drives (on fleabay)
All, I have one of each on fleabay at the moment along with other items such as PAWN the adventure game and a Trump card and a set of ED drives. I still have a fully loaded Aurora so I can let these items go. Neil *** The contents of this email are confidential to the intended recipient. I've come across this which might be useful. I guess you may be the first on this list ... :-) In the meantime, I am starting to getting around to learning the Python programming language. As you may guess, the link between Pi and Python names is not accidental in all this, either. As Python is the preferred programming language for the Pi. Well at least at this early stage. For those who do not program, it also no accident that the Python programming language is directly termed after the Monty Python comedy. The Tutorial with the Version that I have, on a PC, gets in early with a variable definition termed SPAM ... which is an obvious reference to one well known comedic sketch. I guess that this will open up everyone's imagination and humour, too . [Ql-Users] Maths toolkit
Can anyone help with the query below? I think it refers to the Maths Toolkit now available on my website http://www.dilwyn.me.uk/tk/maths.zip (the toolkit includes the assembler source if anyone wishes to investigate). Dilwyn Jones Years ago I bought a Superbasic kit software prepared by CHIPSI a computer house owned by Helmut Aigner from WIEN. This toolkit loads some 45 new keywords very useful to handle matrices ( MATINV, MATMULT,MATREAD,MATINPUT ETC.). It was the time of MG I (QL) :IT WAS RUNNING QUITE WELL. Now, I loaded IT (LRESPR WIN1_MATH_CODE) in the QPCII: by the command EXTRAS I can verify that It is loaded :BUT…IT DOES NOT work (while the commands are recognized by SBASIC AS COMMANDs, as they are printed in capital letters IN THE PROGRAM LISTING. HOW TO GET THE “ mat_operators” WORKING? ___ QL-Users Mailing List http://www.q-v-d.demon.co.uk/smsqe.htm

The MATREAD command is for example completely incompatible with SBASIC, it tries to call the original READ command, which is special cased in SBASIC and not a normal command. Calling MATINV results in an error and Sysmon chiming, which is never a good sign. No time to investigate further. Marcel ___ QL-Users Mailing List http://www.q-v-d.demon.co.uk/smsqe.htm
