sure, if they would try to steal intelectual property of IBM, HP
or Wall*Mart they have lost. Maybe even gnu.org would have enough money 
to sue them but I seriously doubt it, remember the stuffit case - who 
was bankrupt in the end?

How would an average QL developer sue them? It is ugly enough
when Peter has to engage a British debt recovery specialist to 
get his money from some UK based dealer, I doubt he is interested 
in an additional lawsuit against Microsoft.
