The last issue soaked up all
their outstanding articles. Apparently the authors did not get paid for
 the last few issues.

No it didn't. They had a seven part series on word processing from me, which
eventually was published in QReview. I had even managed to negotiate a fee.
I think it was about a nominal £10 for each article. I had some legal reason
for needing payment, I believe to justify my CV.

Getting paid was another matter. Even Robert Maxwell paid me on time, but I
had got the papers to sue Arcwind when they finally paid me for my DTP
series.

Hi,

I have the last issue of QL World in front of me and they said 'Damn we
have only another two months to go on the New User Guide'

I have Jan. 93 here, what was the final issue?
Was there a follower of this journal?

regards, Andreas

does anyone know the lates issue of QL World and if the keyword index
was properly finished? Have anyone a copy of this or want to sell old
 issues of the QL World?

The keyword index was finished and a new section started, a Concepts
section, of which only one section appeared. Perhaps you could let me know
which numbers of the keyword index you are missing.

It has no date but is Volume 3 Issue 4 Odd that because I have another
seven volumes of QL Today here. Still they never really got the dating
and numbering together did they. It must be summer 93 though.
