Cjb.net cloaks the redirected address through a Perl script they use. So
every address on your browser address bar appears as xxx.cjb.net. I.e.
http://www.ql2k.50megs.com/aboutql/aboutql.html (uncloaked address) appears
as http://ql2k.cjb.net (cloaked). So if for example you want to go to the
orinal uk site and you click on the appropriate link on the homepage...
allthough you are watching the main site http://www.soft.net.uk/dj/ (you
can see that from the absence of ads on top of each page) your browser
reports http://ql2k.cjb.net

Did I confuse you? (Well if I did... don't feel bad about it... imagine how
I feel when I read your assembly courses in QLT ;-)

hehe

Thanks Phoebus for the explanation on cloaking. I know a bit more about what
you mean now.
What's wrong with my assembler courses then ?
Apart from the errors I introduce at random to see if anyone is paying
attention :o)

Surely it means his website is run by Klingons
(using a QL of, course, to stay on topic).

Ah but is that 'Jock' as in Scottish Gentleman or 'jock' as in athlete ?
I'm the first version.

My question would be why you choose to cloak your site, instead
of simply using the redirection service of cjb.net ?
On the otherside, you choose Java and other bells (IFRAME),
so it may be logical.
