Hi These machines are set to use HTML by preferance(ours), but the OE option to 'reply in the the format messages are received' is ticked. I did receive the message and my helpful email editor gave the offending file a different name but also produced GLENN5(1).jpg which did work using a jpeg viewer that is very fussy about file structures and refuses to load anything that is not pukka. If every user could disable the HTML or MIME option for this list it would help us all. Then it will only be plain text that gets posted. Apologies for the cross-post. I hit reply and it sent it to all recipients. The ql-users list is also configured strangely. Possibly a hangover from when it was first set up at a slightly different address, and both addresses have been kept valid.
