Ok, seeing how the dispute still raged about the licence, it was
decided that Marcel should go ahead with the new features for
QPC. Hopefully, a new version of QPC for other machines will be
out soon, too.
I'm now in the process of trying to organise things, wrt the source
code.
I have decided that, for the time being, the licence shall remain as
it is now. I have sent the sources out as they are now.
Marcel Kilgus was kind enough to draft a styleguide which is now
ready and will also be part of the annexes.
If you intend to code something for SMSQ/E, please have a look at
the styleguide! I can email it to all those who want it.
