[ql-users] QWord Trial version

2004-12-02 Thread Malcolm Cadman
I have just downloaded the trial version of QWord from Rich Mellors web
site :

http://www.rwapsoftware.co.uk/QWord.html
As well as the Manual by Geoff Wicks as an HTML file.
Both are zip files that unzip on a PC.
As most users on this list have a PC for internet access I would
recommend that you try this new software.

Everything installs under PC Windows as QWord includes a Demo versin of
QPC2 thanks to Marcel Kilgus. This then takes over as an emulator to run
the software. All of which installs itself with ease.

Well done to the team involved.
I guess this should get itself put on those free CD's that PC magazines
are always promoting ... some PC users will be in for a bit of a shock
:-)

Excellent demo.
I can see I will like this game
There was sound at Byfleet which caused much amusement. Nothing though
on this demo.

Thankyou so much for your encouraging comments...
The sound is not included on the demo as it would make the whole download
a lot bigger (plus I am stuck on dialup at the moment and so do not fancy
uploading too large a file !!)

Watch out for some news soon...
