Consult life with qmail again, really. If you had read it careful you would
know not to start qmail-smtpd in this manner.

You can get a copy of openssl from openssl.org. You need to install this
serverside.You will find that it is a fairly painless install. There are
several IMAP servers out there. Inter7 has links to Courier I think and
there are links on the qmail page.

 My Linux server hosts 2 domains.  Domain A is real and B testing.  Test
 accounts are setup in B.  At the end of the test, is it possible to copy
all
 subdirectories of domain B to domain A?  Will that be sufficient for
account
 creation also?  Are there indices which point to directory location per
 user?

I would like to second this question. I believe it should be possible to do
but have been
unsuccessful in my first try as it seems that the lists I was trying to copy
were easier to
recreate.

I have question about autoreponder. It is responding to an email by replying 
with the message as it should but with the email that it received as well
with full headers. Is there a way to turn this off?
