No problem about the confussion with the threads.
 
You should try the command:
 
mail -f /USER's home dir/Maildir/new/*    

 
Of course u should change "USER's home dir" for the actual 
directory.
 
It works fine in my server, hope itworks 4 u 2.

Have u changed to Maildir's in the 
/var/qmail/defaultdelivery/* files?
And have u created the Maildir directory using the command 
maildirmake /directory-to-create-in-user's-home?
 
I u want i can mail u my /qmail/var files in a tgz 
attach.

RH RPM POP3 problemo!!!

I've just installed in a fresh new RedHat 6.0 server, 
qmail-1.03-102.memphis rpm as well as qmail-run-4-4 rpm.
 
After the normal installation i did:
 
chkconfig qmail-pop3.init on
 
POP3 starts all right after reboot, but i can't read my email 
via POP3 client (outlook 4.72.3110.5), funny thing is i can't find a Maildir in 
any new users directory, any help?
 
I know it must be a simple detail i'm missing, but i can't 
figure it out.
