It's the count of dispositions that qmail-local made of your message. The first number is the number of file (Mailbox / Maildir) deliveries. The second is the number of forwarded recipients. Now, I can tell you that it stands for (deliveries)+(forwards)+(program forwards). So, in the most simple case - like your example - it means that one local delivery has been successfully done.
