can't find tcpmakectl
I am installing open-smtp. I create /etc/smtp.filter.newer and .older, but I do not seem to set up rules. When I run age-smtp, the error messages sayes: ./age-smtp: /usr/local/bin/tcpmakectl: No such file or directory I installed ucspi-tcp-0.84.tar.gz, and open-smtp3.tar.gz, but, that file does not seem to be on my server.
