Generally, as long as you feed all the addresses to a single qmail-inject, a bandwidth suck is all you should expect.

I can't think of any reason why either ezmlm or qmail would get confused by large outbound mails. Additionally, I've never seen any of them get confused by large mails either. Regards. Has anyone had experience with qmail and the sending of large attachments like Real Audio to mailing lists 500 or so recipients?
