qsanity question

Hello all. I installed qmail-qsanity from http://www.qmail.org/qmail-qsanity-0.52 
yesterday.
Here is some output from this morning.

[root@# /var/qmail/bin]# ./qmail-qstat
messages in queue: 1
messages in queue but not yet preprocessed: 0
[root@# /var/qmail/bin]# ./qmail-qread
[root@# /var/qmail/bin]# ./qmail-qsanity
message has no entry in info: 50493
message is neither local nor remote: 50493

My question.. is there any way to look at this message and /or deliver it?

As root (or qmailq), look at /var/qmail/queue/*/*/50493.
