Can't login as postmaster anymore

Hi,

I have installed qmail, vpopmail and qmailadmin on my SuSE 7.2 system
and it worked pretty good for several months but now all of the sudden
all users that try to login - even the postmaster - get the message invalid
login.
What happened here? I mean I just added some users yesterday and
today I simply can't login. Is the user's database somehow broken?
How to fix this thing up here?

Well, that could turn things easy for an intruder tring to guess
a passowrd/account name on you server.. Id he tries an account name and
the server returns password invalid he or she will knoe tha the account
exists, for example.
