Hello, I have found my problem, it's a problem of incompatibility with differents switches in ezmlm-make call by addmailinglist.c If you have the -u option (anti spam option), it's impossible to choose the -m option (moderate list option). So I think we must verify if we have -m option, then we change the -u option to -U option, and the moderated list will works well. Then when you ask for the -m option, it will be great if you go directly to the menu "add a moderator" after adding the mailing list... The second problem I found, when I delete a mailing list, there is two links not deleted : .qmail-test2-accept-default and .qmail-test2-reject-default (the name of the mailing list is test2). Bye.
