[qmailadmin] Mailing List problem !!!

Imagine if you had 500 mailing lists, you really want it to check and remove it from each list? [qmailadmin] Mailing list problem (qmail-queue error)
The mailing list 'staff' was setup using qmailadmin and my qmail server name is 'walleye'. I (rjg) tried to send a message to [EMAIL PROTECTED] and cog the following in maillog: Sep 16 09:59:02 walleye qmail: 1063720742.650329 new msg 161734 Sep 16 09:59:02 walleye qmail: 1063720742.651732 info msg 161734: bytes 735 from [EMAIL PROTECTED] qp 20975 uid 1006 Sep 16 09:59:02 walleye qmail: 1063720742.725118 starting delivery 5: msg 161734 to local [EMAIL PROTECTED] Sep 16 09:59:02 walleye qmail: 1063720742.727290 status: local 1/10 remote 0/20 Sep 16 09:59:02 walleye qmail: 1063720742.833321 delivery 5: deferral: ezmlm-send:_fatal:_temporary_qmail-queue_error/ Sep 16 09:59:02 walleye qmail: 1063720742.834211 status: local 0/10 remoteo 0/20 I checked all permissions I could think of and ran 'make setup check' from the qmail source. Then I ran queue-fix and it found some permission problems and corrected them. I am now out of things to try. Any ideas what I have wrong?
