My qmailadmin just has a textbox for entering the domain name.  If  
you have a select-box, perhaps it was a hack added by the person you  
inherited the system from?  If it's not, I'd like to know how to  
configure that option as well.

Thanks for your reply - it helped point me in the right direction...

It seems my predecessor altered the HTML template found at:

/usr/local/share/qmailadmin/html/show_login.html
