[qmailtoaster] qmailmrtg and mandriva 2006

2005-11-27 Thread Darin Prylowski
Has anyone gotten the charts to display with this configuration? All I get is
a place holder. When I right click and try load the image, I get a path
error. I can't figure out how to set the path though. Not a show stopping
problem but it would be nice if it worked.

Thanks

dp

Hi DP,

I'm working on it. I think it's a php setup problem but haven't chased it
down yet.

Regards,

Nick

[qmailtoaster] qmailtoaster & TMDA

2005-11-27 Thread Harry Zink

I am running Centos 4.2 on a Dell PowerEdge 850 - installed with
x86_64 all the way.

Thanks to the excellent help and tutorial at www.qmailtoaster.com,
installation and configuration went relatively straightforward, with
only a few minor issues (none of the qmailtoaster related - more on
that in a separate message).

I made sure to use the Centos x86_64 instructions from Nick on the
qmailtoaster-list (subject: Centos x86_64 support added to
QmailToaster) - like I said, that part went fine.

Now, the last part I want is to have TMDA w/TMDA-cgi installed, and
I'm running into some minor issues - notably that the most current
installation I could find dated back to over 2 years, on the tmda-
users list (subject: TMDA protecter qmail pop toaster) - and after
following those instructions, and correcting some of the outdated
paths, the system errors when qmail is trying to send out the bounce/
challenge message. Specifically, what I am getting is the familiar:

Hi. This is the qmail-send program at mbox.fizbin.com.
I tried to deliver a bounce message to this address, but the bounce
bounced!

>:
Sorry, I couldn't find any host named mbox.fizbin.com>. (#5.1.2)

--- Below this line is the original bounce.

Obviously, both mbox.fizbin.com and fizbin.com are legitimate
destinations - unfortunately I lack he experience to troubleshoot
this entirely on my own, hence why I'm turning for help to this list.

The most ideal solution, of course, would be an updated installation
HOWTO as the one from 2003 provided by Datavortex at datavortex dot
net - does anyone know if anyone has updated those instructions or
who has TMDA running on the latest version of qmailtoaster under
Centos 4.2?

Please advise,

Harry

I assume you saw my message a week or two ago about an error when
running the script that displays the graphs via the shell and the error
which comes up?
