[qmailtoaster] POP3 not stoped working

I need your help to restore pop3  back to work. IMAP is working perfectly.
 
I get the following errors
When I telnet localhost on port 25 I get "554 mail server permanently rejected 
message(#5.3.0)
 
>From outlook express, all users get " This user has no $HOME/Maildir"
 
I am running the latest ver of qmailtoaster on Fedora core 5. 
 
This started after we added an allias to the current domain. And also we 
changed the Public IP address of the server. 
 
Looking at all settings seems to be fine but still users cannt use pop3 to 
send/receive emails.
 
Your assistance is highly appreciated.

The rejection occurs while receiving email, ie, email sent by external
servers to the domains you are hosting or when the email clients are
using your server to relay their email (addressed to domains not
hosted in your server)?

On one of my toasters, which still runs a QMT more than one year old,
I had to give up using (I am not absolutely right, but I can check)
using zen.spamhaus.org as RBL because there were frequent refusals to
relay to clients connecting from IP's referenced as dynamic. As far as
I could understand, those IP ranges should be accepted if
authentication was used, but that wasn't happening, ie, authenticated
clients also got blocked.

What do mean they are being blocked?  Are the RBL's blocking them? 
Spamassassin?

To see the version of clam:
rpm -qa | grep clamav
To see the versions of all Toaster packages:
rpm -qa | grep toaster

While receiving these errors, check your system by running "top" at the 
CLI and see if clamav or spamd is using 100% of the CPU or not.

You have to give us more information. What are the domains so we can 
check the DNS for you?

Do the logs show anything?

qmail server it has four domains there are no issue with one domain but
other three are not receiving out side mails I can telnet them form outside
