It is a little Text mail without attachment. Only 6 lines of text. But i
didn't know that SA only scans to a specific size.

What are the sizes of the emails that aren't scanned?
IIRC simscan/SA won't scan messages above a certain size.
Could that be what's going on here?

That appears to be correct.

If you'd like more thorough checking of rDNS, give spamdyke a try.

My simcontrolfile look like that:

:clam=yes,spam=yes,spam_hits=12,attach=.src:.bat:.pif:.vbs:.avi:.mpg:.pps:.w
mv

My tcp.smtp:

127.:allow,RELAYCLIENT=,QMAILQUEUE=/var/qmail/bin/simscan,DKSIGN=/var/q
mail/control/domainkeys/%/private
:allow,BADMIMETYPE=,BADLOADERTYPE=M,CHKUSER_RCPTLIMIT=15,CHKUSER_WRONG

E=/var/qmail/bin/qmail-queue.orig,DKSIGN=/var/qmail/control/domainkeys/%/
private

The mails are all from external domains.

Have you done any tailoring?

What's in your /etc/tcprules.d/tcp.smtp file?

What's in your /var/qmail/control/simcontrol file?

Are the mails that aren't scanned perhaps intra-domain? These wouldn't be
scanned for spam, but should be scanned for virus.
