[qmailtoaster] Control Sending externally

[qmailtoaster] Control Sending Externally Locally
Hello all, Does anyone have tried to setup a qmail box that contains 2 domains. Users in domain 1 is allow to send emails externally, while domain 2 is only allow to relay locally and whenever the users in domain try to sends email externally, failed message will be return to the sender. Please assist.
