Has you will see the char itself is only cosmetic since it is
translated according to idn-tables.

Internationalized domain names have been legal and supported for a 
number of years - you can even provide domain names in two-byte 
character sets, now.





Guess I missed that one.
So did the original poster try creating a domain using it then? If it's 
been legal for a few years I have trouble thinking that it hasn't 
already been coded in.
And don't just try using vqadmin to add it and letting an error there be 
the determining factor that it doesn't work. Try adding the domain from 
the CLI using vpopmail tools to do it.

I do not think this is possible, since the extended character set it not 
support by ARIN/DNS (someone correct me if I am wrong). There would be 
no point in allowing a character if DNS will not allow it anyway - 
nothing would ever get there.
