There were several posts about this.
Yes, it was related in part to the clamav updates. Pretty much all day I
had 250+ people trying to download the file at the same time (in
addition to the other packages they needed to update, videos, etc.).
QTP is slow because, well, of Trac.
There are only 8 people downloading files right now, so it should be
okay. I'm still throttling the bandwidth at this time and will continue
to do so for the next couple days.
