qmail server by following the steps you provided on the site??then if i run the
backup script then will it resotre users mailboxes as well???

Yes, it does back up the mailboxes as well. The restore script also restores
the mailboxes. I did a video on a backup and restore if you care to watch them
(http://video.qmailtoaster.com)

Hello!
as per my understanding users who have not pop their email are stored in mysql
database.is that so??how to backup this database???and if my this server get
crashed then what should i do on fresh installed Linux server??should i install
Qmail on fresh machine and restore database on it???

your kind help is required in this regard.

*ALL* user information (email address, real name, password, etc.) is stored in
a mysql database. All of the user's emails are stored in the mailstore, located
at /home/vpopmail/domains/you-domain.com/user
To restore an installation, I suggest you use the backup and restore scripts
that are provided with the Qmailtoaster-Plus package (qtp.qmailtoaster.com).
There are some scripts in there that allow you to backup your system and then
restore it for disaster recovery.
