I've set the MX record to jforce.no d1200-075:~ kjetil$ host jforce.no jforce.no has address 84.234.141.2 jforce.no mail is handled by 0 jforce.no. You say I have a valid rDNS? still I'm getting dvfilsrv.dv.local #4.0.0 smtp;421 Refused. You have no reverse DNS entry. from several people trying to send mail to my domains... You have to ask your ISP for reverse DNS for your IP. Only the ISP can set it, this thread regarding rdns getting rather old. Du må får din internett leverandør til å sette opp RDNS for din IP adresse. Kun internett leverandøren din kan sette opp rdns. That's because it's *their* (the sending) servers which have no rDNS (doh!). I presume you're using spamdyke. You should notify the sending domain's email admin that their configuration isn't quite up to snuff. In the meantime, you can whitelist them in a variety of ways (by domain, by rDNS, or by IP address).
