Turns out I had a hidden .make.cache file, once deleted manually it worked.
Not sure how it got to hidden state or why a clean didn't remove it, but it
works now.
When I rebuilt the .make.cache was no longer hidden.

I installed a new Qt Creator instance and this Symbian build error won't go
away no matter how much I clean out any build artifacts.
Seems to only happen on one project and only with Creator.
