I just ordered  some  Manueka Honey last week for my pressure sore that I have 
been battling over  3 years. Hopefully it will help it heal. I have spent my 
whole summer in  bed & i t  hasn't helped..

I have had pretty good results in keeping my quad belly at bay using an
abdominal binder and dieting. It doesn't work for everybody though.
