EZ Lock Systems, are a high liability tickets.  Improper installations could 
cause damage, injury and death.  The Manufacturer will only allow authorized 
and certified stallers to perform the task.  I know you don't like it but that 
is the way it is.  You can try E-Bay and Good Luck.

I got a new chair a few years ago and it cost me $800 to have the bracket put 
on!!
