i'm 56 and got the booster as soon as i could. no issues
and i had lung blood clots at the time,

I think technically you could get any of the boosters.  No one can tell you
what to expect because everyone's immune system is different.  They can
only tell you what their reaction was.  I had no reaction to the booster,
but I didn't have a reaction to either of the first two shots which annoys
the hell out of my wife 😃
