know, but Lori Michaelson passed away a few weeks ago.

She will be missed.

I think it's a good idea to celebrate another year of your disability, not
just for yourself, but to show others that will follow that their is life
after a disability.

I'm located in Scotia New York.  Just up from Albany New York.  The van is
a Dodge Grand Caravan. They are para hand controls, but I am a quad and use
them fine (I know everyone is different).  The price is $7,500.00.  It has
a very small spot of rust on the bottom of the back door, and I mean small.

If interested I'm selling a 2001 fully accessible wheelchair van. It has
67,000 original miles. High lights are, hand controls, in floor ramp,
kneeling system, auto start, lowered floor.

*Lori has successfully made the long, tiresome and costly trip from Arizona
to Pennsylvania to be with her family after the loss of her husband.*

*I want to thank everyone for their donations and their heart felt prayers
during this difficult time Lori is going through*.

I know I have posted not too long ago regarding Lori's fund raiser, but as
of the 29th the fund raising site for Lori is no longer up.  I just wanted
to let people who might not have heard about Lori's situation know that a
bank account has been set up where Lori now lives. This account will be
open for an undetermined amount of time.  If you feel you can donate,
please make your check payable to Victoria Miller / Lori's Medical
Transport Gift Fund, and mail it to, PNB (Peoples Neighborhood Bank) Lori's
Medical Transport Gift Fund, P.O. Box 149, Tunkhannock, PA 18657.

Your donations will be used directly towards Lori's cost incurred during
her transport from Arizona to Pennsylvania, and medical cost associated
with it.

I'm new to the quad list and wanted to introduce myself.  My name is Mike
and I'm a c5 c6 quad (incomplete) of 37yrs from a fall from a bridge when I
was 16.  I'm 54 now, and it's been a long journey.  It has been nice to see
people helping one another on the QL.
