You can extract as symptoms increase
Some risk of being a weekend or holiday
Two things to think about are function and looks (along with pain)
You can replace all missing teeth per arch with removable partials for around 
$1200 per arch when and if any of the above is a concern

In a few days my wife sci will be 1 year
