[QUAD-L] A Question For The Ladies
Obviously we sit on our butts all day. So when we get our period, it can be a real pain. Does anyone have tips to manage this a bit easier? (Sorry guys!) Sandy

Wish I did. As I get older the 5 days are almost unbearable it screws my body so much! Also (rising to my soap box) make sure you go to your gyno and get a mammogram. Since I am one of the few females I will at least put a word. Had uterine cancer in 1979 had all that stuff taken out. Don't even remember much about those things. LOL!
