Since I have been a quad 21 years ago I mildly sweat(dysreflexia) whenever I an 
having a bowell movement, fart or anything much going on there. Not the same 
thing as you exactly but I would be concerned if something changes from the 
norm you experience. Only you know what you feel on a daily basis with the bag. 
The problem is convincing a doctor that you know what your talking about. Every 
time I go into the hospital the staff has to look up autonomic dysreflexia, 
scary thing.

I got to go see  a doc this week, I'm sweating extremely bad when going. 
I've not seen a doc about my colostomy since I got it. Do I see a: 
Internal Medicine Doc. Wound Doc. Gastroenterologist.
