Shepard Hospital, has a list of DMEs in your area, and then some.   They may 
also have a technology center there for you to try out some of the  equipment 
you are seeking.

I have no idea...eitherI'm going to test the waters..see what  
happensThe only reason I thought it might work..is that REal Estate is so  
bad..that..property can be obtained..at a good price...and if i can get some  
corporate backing, trusts..etc.. Maybe?..Turn operation control over to 501c3  
that

Considering your potential customers, which by law, can not/should not a  pot 
to pizz in.
I don't know if there will be that great of a demand in Atlanta to complete  
your phase one
project.
I don't know of anyone who would just pick up and move from the snow belt  or 
anywhere else just to live in a planned community. But if you are truly  
interested I may have a tangible lead for you.

I understand the problem with funding and money for disabled..i didn't 30  
days ago..but I see it now..The project and its funding..I am working on  
now...If I could get enough families, folks, etc. to say interested..i think,

get the lenders, banks, corporations to back the community idea..I am  not 
aware of anything like it in the World..Japan has communities..but they  were 
set up..to hide family problems of disability..things may have  changed..Keep
