[QUAD-L] Re: QUAD-L] Help for feet swelling?
I bought some compression stockings and they put big blisters on my feet because I put them on when my foot was swollen. It took about 4 or 5 months for my foot to heal from the blisters. I will never do that again! Just thought I'd throw that out to you guys. Try propping your feet up more during the day. I'm guessing you probably pee a lot at night, don't you? If so, that's because you're retaining fluid in your lower limbs… And then when you lay down that fluid moves… Hence the extra urination. Yeah, Ron, I have that problem toomy left foot swells the most, I just wear bigger shoes and when swollen a lot I just stick to crocks, If we elevate my feet overnight it goes down but slowly always comes back to being swollen again.
