The best thing I ever found is the Wanchick Writer
It will hold a pen or pencil in a real natural position. Plus it is the best 
thing for holding forks and spoons. I just tape my fork on it. They are not 
cheap, but very good. I could never use the universal velcro cuff for anything 
but typing.
