Here is a prime example of how stress directly effects your breathing. * Close your eyes and just breath as you would normally. * Notice how the air goes in and out of your nose. * Now, think of something that made you EXTREMLY angry, just furious. * Notice how your breathing becomes shallow and your face and body tense up. * Now, I want you to think of something that made you the happiest you've ever been.
