Wearing my abdominal Binder is not a problem at all, but it might be because I am extremely tall and have a pretty long torso. However, you might want to try wearing it about an inch above the suprapubic, if that's possible. Large bladder: The medication Oxybutin, I think, has shrunk my bladder to about 60cc. It has also shrunken by never having more than several cc of urine as it drains spontaneous. I know that there are urologists at Craig Hospital in Denver Colorado that know all about SCI. That is where I had my suprapubic procedure done. I have had a supra-pubic for about 7 years now but before that we did intermitton every 6 hours or so.So I'm not sure of that one.
